Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us with the details of the product and the issue. You will be required to send the item back to us, and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a description of the damage or defect. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage/defect.

We will either resend a replacement item at no additional charge or offer a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability. We will cover all shipping costs for the return of the damaged/defective item and for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be processed within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Please contact us to inform us of your return and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Include the RMA number with your returned item. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item to the address we provided.
